De novo designed peptides for cellular delivery and subcellular localisation

Our latest research on the development of de novo cell-penetrating peptides as tools for chemical biology applications has been published in Nature Chemical Biology. The work, a joint effort by Jess, Will and Guto (now working with Birte Höcker in Bayreuth) and in collaboration with the Dodding and Savery labs in Biochemistry, presents the de novo design of an antiparallel coiled-coil peptide system that can deliver cargoes to subcellular locations.
