De novo designed 310-helical bundles published in Nature

Our work on the rational design of 3₁₀-helical bundles has been published in Nature. The work, led by Prasun and in collaboration with the Clayden group here at Bristol and the Diamond Light Source, combines bioinformatics, non-proteinogenic amino acids, and rational design rules to access these assemblies that are rare in natural systems.
